Our AnteStudio is designed to provide you with an environment where you can grind out a circuit while listening to fresh beats and be visually stimulated by our full wall projection that displays the task at hand. The ability to grind it out with a group gives you the potential to go further. This potential is generated from the mirroring of neurons in our brain. The powerful effect of “mirror neurons” helps us to mimic moods, behaviours and empathy. When we place ourselves in a group studio setting, we are able to thrive off of the energy within the studio. As we see those around us giving it their all, our brain stimulates us to mirror those actions. This behaviour helps us to go further in our workouts and truly maximize our potential. Your potential is generated by this “boomerang effect”; the more you give, the more you receive back. The AnteStudio makes you go together and go further.

It is also the home of our HIIT style workouts. Our high energy, efficient HIIT style classes will help you develop the grit that you need in your life. HIIT workouts are designed to be short bursts of intensive exercise countered by a low-intensity rest period. High-intensity interval training reaps many benefits for your body and we have multiple ways to maximize these benefits through our different classes within the AnteStudio.

Currently, the AnteStudio houses two styles of classes with a multitude of different circuits. The classes offer a diverse range of cardio, strength and power depending on which one you decide to choose.

Rope, Row, Repeat

A class that includes both cardio and strength training. It is built to elevate your overall athletic performance and includes a full-body circuit to increase your speed, endurance, and maximize your caloric burn.

JustStrength

This class uses heavier loads combined with key foundational movement patterns to build flexibility, mobility, and muscle mass. JustStrength will leave you feeling breathless as you fatigue your muscles and rev up your metabolism to burn more calories at rest.
