The intention of this class is to offer the same principles of a vinyasa class but to also give freedom and creativity to the student, so that they can connect to their body and move how they need to in that moment. Music plays a big role in this class and the movements are connected to the beat. Expect to sweat as we incorporate our infrared panels bringing the room to 28C. Get ready to let go and move in Archetype's most unique yoga class.
