EXPERIENCE: I grew up being sedentary, overweight and inactive. During my last year of high school and throughout university I was fortunate to find my way into a healthy way of life and it was transformational for my body and mind. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years as an owner, trainer and coach. The industry has evolved over the years to encompass everything from fitness, to health and wellness. My passion lives in the health and wellness realm, where my goal is to improve the overall quality of life of my clients. I do that through empathetic and thoughtful attention to all the pillars (mindfulness, sleep, stress, mobility and functional/muscular strength) that support the individual needs and goals. I work using a collaborative approach by providing education, structure and accountability.
